Find your part of Paris.

Paris is compact and locals do not consistently use formal neighbourhood names. These four areas are a practical way to compare the town—not municipal boundaries. Where MLS uses another label, it is noted below.

Old Paris Historic core

Established streets, century character, mature trees, and the strongest connection to the historic downtown core. MLS searches may place these streets under 2105 Fair Grounds or 2106 Green Lane Park.

Explore Old Paris →
Grandville / South End MLS: 2107 Victoria Park

Newer neighbourhoods built largely from the mid-2010s onward, with modern layouts and convenient highway access. Grandville is a local street-and-development name rather than a municipal boundary.

Explore Grandville →
Paris North

Recent construction and expanding neighbourhoods, with newer homes and a different pace from the centre of town.

Explore Paris North →
Paris Links Subdivision

The newest edge of town, where buyers should compare builder, phase, lot, and nearby future development carefully.

Explore Paris Links Subdivision →

A note on names: MLS communities include 2105 Fair Grounds, 2106 Green Lane Park and 2107 Victoria Park. Some listing sites also use Mission, Downtown or Montgomery. Those labels help with searches, but they are not a shared local neighbourhood map.

About Ryan

The guy who can’t stop thinking about real estate.

Ryan grew up in Brantford and lives and works in Paris. In 2014, he and his brother Carson started The Crew from scratch. In 2025, The Crew joined forces with the Scott Benson Team and Zahnd Team to form Benson Crew.

He studies the details most people miss: the pocket, the price band, the competition, the reason one home moves while another sits. Then he explains it without hiding behind jargon.

“Knowing more about the market only matters if it helps you make a better move.”
